Shopping List for Freezer Workshop

PROTEIN:

8 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless

12 boneless chicken breasts

8 chicken drumsticks

1 1/2 pounds stew beef

3 pounds boneless pork loin

PRODUCE:

2 large sweet potatoes

1 head garlic

2 cups fresh pico de gallo (in produce section)

3 mangos

1 red onion

2 white onions

3 jalapeños

2 red bell pepper

1 bunch cilantro (parsley is fine if you hate cilantro!)

2 lime

1 head broccoli (it is perfectly fine to use frozen- get stalks, not chopped, 2 bags)

CANNED GOODS:

1 15 oz can black beans

1 15 oz can diced tomatoes

1 15 oz can chicken broth

1 15 oz can beef broth

White wine vinegar (small bottle)

Sriacha 3 TB

Olive oil

1 cup chunky applesauce

1 cup BBQ sauce (your preference, something sweet and smoky is best.)

Balsamic vinegar (small bottle)

Soy sauce (3/4 cup)

Honey (1 cup plus one tablespoon)

1-Gallon Ziplock bags (6 meals, 4 servings of each- bring 12 bags in case you want to divide them)

SPICES:

Chili powder

Cumin***

Coriander***

Cinnamon stick****

Oregano***

Chipotle powder***

Sea Salt****

Cayenne****

salt and ground pepper

OTHER:

Bourbon (2 nips)

You may omit any items, we will adjust your recipe on site- not a problem. If you have any questions, please post them on the FB event.

Bring knives, cutting boards, paper towels some bowls or Glad containers to hold prepped veggies before we divide them up into bags. This workshop should be fun and run about 2 hours.
